At Summit Metals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium jewelry; that is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom engravings and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the jewelry in its original Summit Metals gift box and protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
